RTBH’s Firm Administrator, Renee Leonard, knows that ensuring the daily operations of a business requires dedication, hard work and sometimes, a little bit of luck. It’s a good thing she has a habit of finding four leaf clovers and a proven history of getting the job done in a variety of industries. Before joining the RTBH team, Renee was a controller for an independent CPA firm, worked for a building supply company, and owned a coffee shop and bookstore.
Hailing from the hills of Tennessee, Renee earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Western Governors University and added her CAP-OM designation to her organizational management skillset in 2014. New to the Mobile area, Renee looks forward to becoming involved in the community and is excited to join RTBH’s enthusiastic and cohesive team. She is a member of the American Payroll Association, International Association of Administrative Professionals, and CPAFMA.
Outside of work, Renee can be found enjoying the great outdoors. Her family loves to travel, sail, kayak, bike, skate, and rock climb. A proud mother of two, her son is in the Navy and currently stationed in San Diego where he enjoys building a race car in his spare time and her daughter is a microbiologist at a genome sequencing lab for cancer research in Nashville.
