Lisa has been the face, voice and personality of RTBH from the very beginning. Since that first day in November of 1987, she has greeted each day and everyone who visits RTBH with a smile and welcoming spirit.

Mother of two daughters and hailing from a large family, Lisa is no stranger to multitasking. Most days you will find Lisa with the phone in one hand and mail in the other, all while signing for packages and greeting clients. She especially gets an A+ for keeping a cool head and easy spirit during the most stressful day at the Firm, tax deadline day!  She can have you in and out, signed and processed before you know it.

When asked, “What makes RTBH special?“, she says, “The partners and staff are all great people. I have worked with the partners here for so long, they are like my second family. I also love seeing and talking to our clients that come in. Over the years, we have built quite a relationship.“
