Connor Raley joined RTBH as a staff accountant in September 2019. A Fairhope native, Connor attended Spring Hill College and earned his bachelor’s in business administration with a concentration in accounting. During his tenure at Spring Hill, Connor served as president and vice president of the Delta Chi Fraternity, the faculty and alumni relations coordinator for the Business Club, and a co-founder for the Investment Club. Adding to several academic distinctions, Connor also received the AICPA Accounting Achievement Award.

While earning his degree, Connor expanded his professional experience through tax and project management roles with Wilkins Miller, LLC and Hargrove Engineers and Construction. A natural problem solver, Connor was drawn to RTBH where he could put his analytical skills to use daily working as a valued member of a team committed to one common goal—serving its clients’ needs.

Outside of the office, Connor enjoys reading, exercising and spending time with his family.
